All Oregon Public 4 year colleges are test optional or test blind
You do not have to take the ACT/SAT but if you did you may submit if you did well.
Make sure when you are creating your short list of schools you check each school's courses, GPA, and SAT/ACT test requirements.
Each school will have their own requirements, though most schools in the US now are SAT/ACT tests optional there are still schools that may require it.
For your REACH SCHOOLS Academically an excellent SAT/ACT may make your acceptance more possible if they are test optional.
