Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center is hosting six vaccine events for students in November and December. Four of these will take place at our school-based health center (SBHC) located on the Century High School campus, and two will take place on-site at Evergreen and South Meadows Middle schools:
Events at the Century SBHC (1998 SE Century Blvd.)
Monday, November 11, 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Tuesday, November 19, 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Tuesday, December 3, 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Tuesday, December 17, 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Event at South Meadows Middle School (4690 SE Davis Rd.)
Monday, November 25, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
This will take place in their mobile unit in the parking lot
Parents are encouraged to bring their student(s) with them to conferences to get any needed vaccines!
Focus will be on Tdap, as that is a vaccination required for students in grades 7-12 and is the one most often missed.
Event at Evergreen Middle School (456 NE Evergreen Rd.)
Tuesday, November 26, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
This will take place in their mobile unit in the parking lot
Parents are encouraged to bring their student(s) with them to conferences to get any needed vaccines!

Appointments are strongly encouraged and can be made by calling the SBHC in advance at 503-597-4580. Please bring your insurance card and vaccination record, if available.
